Animal Care Council 607.786.5740 (Cats Only) Spay and Neuter (Low cost discount offered): They offer a reduced cost spay or neuter program for households with a qualifying income, spay or neuter education, and financial assistance for the unusual need. Call 786-SPAY for more information. Please call for fee information.
In addition to the low cost spay/neuter program, They offer a low cost vaccination clinic on the 2nd Saturday each month at the Endicott Agway on Jennings Street. This clinic is from 10am to noon and is open to both Dogs and Cats. Please call 786-7729 for more information.
Central New York Spay Neuter Assistance Program (CNY SNAP)

Dr. John Shokoff holds discount vaccination/heartworm/microchipping clinics from 4-5 p.m. Mondays at his office, 3208 E. Main St., Endwell, and the first Thursday of every month at Agway, 116 Jennings Ave., Endicott. All vaccinations are offered for dogs and cats for $20 each.

Do you have anything in Norwich CT I am disabled and I don’t have transportation. But I can take my puppy on the city bus. I had a dog last year that died because I could not find a vet to help because I am low income.
