Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9-11:30 AM & 1 – 3:30 PM and Tuesdays 1 – 6 PM
NOTE: Individuals 18 years and older must provide proof of residency within the last 30 days and ID for each household member. In addition, one of the following qualifications must be met: On Public Assistance, Eligible for SSI/SSD; Eligible for HEAP; receiving Unemployment Benefits; receiving free or reduced school lunch or WIC; receiving services through any agency, school or church. For anyone in need, except for Windsor School District residents who should sign-up with Windsor Human Development. (See below)

Toys for Tots (children 10 years and younger) Sign-ups begin on Monday, November 30th through Saturday, Dec.12. through Saturday December 12th (every day but Sunday) from 9 AM – Noon and 1 – 4 PM. Birth
Certificate needed for each child (no benefits card) and photo ID of parent who is signing up the
child (or legal guardian with court papers). Only one parent may sign the child up. Location is in the
University Plaza, 4700 Vestal Parkway E (Bus Route 5)
